Product description
A two-component system resin, solvent-free, protecting against alkalis and protecting against the formation of blisters under floor coatings.
Properties
- a specially modified resin ensuring adhesion of resin-based coatings to substrates where there is moisture, high alkalinity and water vapor diffusion
- very high resistance to water, sewage, mineral oil, salt solution and diluted acid
- thanks to the extreme tightness, it significantly reduces the diffusion of water vapor, which allows for the permanent adhesion of finishing coats, the adhesive in and claddings
Application
- application on unsealed concrete floors inside buildings (industrial halls, commercial facilities, warehouses, hospitals, schools, etc.), exposed to moisture rising from the ground, e.g. due to the lack of effective horizontal insulation of a concrete element in contact with the ground
- protection against high alkalinity of concrete (13-14 pH)
- limiting the diffusion of water vapor before applying epoxy or polyurethane floor coatings or carpets, wooden floors or plastic coverings, e.g. PVC.
- use on concrete surfaces, indoors
Technical data
- low viscosity consistency
- mixing ratio component w (by weight) A: B (2: 1)
- mixture density 1.1 g / cm
- material usage time: (+23 C) 12 minutes; (+12 C) 25 minutes
- solids content 100%
- possibility of climbing (+23 C) after about 12 hours
- full mechanical and chemical resistance (+23 C) after 7 days
- application temperature from +10 C to +30 C
- compressive strength 65 N / mm
- consumption 0.4 kg / m 2
